AMP futures chat algo

    I said 24 hours because in worst case it could be. You never wait 24 hours doesn't mean all of other people never wait 24 hours.Also I don't even want to wait for one hour because with my issue I feel nervous and uneasy and would like to chat and solve it immediately.
    You can always solve your issue via phone doesn't mean all of other people can solve their issues via phone.There are people whose native language is not English who feel inconvenient to talk in English,do brokers have people talking in Japanese,Korean,Vietnamese?
    It is a strange logic that if a broker service doesn't function, people should not complain,because they can use other function to approxmate it.

    You call a company and its line offers two languages, English and Spainese.
    Just because you never need Spainese, so the company doesn't need to offer Spainese on the line?

    All the brokers offer chat for a reason.

    My first language isn't English either.

    And no, almost none of the brokers offer multi language support, other than brokers that have offices in multiple countries or have a very large client base that represents a certain language. You can always choose a broker in your local country that does offer support in your local language.

    If you opt to go with an American broker you can expect to communicate in English, if you can't you are better of going for a local broker, if you don't feel comfortable picking up the phone and call your broker, you better trade nothing bigger than micro's because if at some point your pc crashes or your internet goes down you are in big trouble.

    You understood nothing in my post.
    I can't communicate with someone with such a level of understanding.
    With your level of understanding, I wish you good luck when you talk to broker on the phone on urgent matter.

    Good luck talking to a chat bot and then waiting an hour in the chat line when you have an urgent matter.

    I wanted to open an account at AMP. As I had a few minor things that were not clear to me, I opened the chat.
    The bot made me run around in circles with each time multiple choice questions. None of the proposed choices had anything to do with what I wanted to know.
    So I supposed that at some point there would be a choice "if you cannot find the answer select number X if you want to speak to an operator". But that choice never popped up. Always sending me back and forth and making me run in circles.
    After the second attempt I gave up an realized that this was a very worrying sign. What would happen if I urgently needed support? That gave me a very unsafe feeling, so AMP will not be my broker.

    Bots can be very helpful, but the program should be able to give a solution in any possible scenario. And that's the problem. It is essential that a bot has a solution in case your problem does not fit in the proposed multiple choice selections.
    At this moment there is no solution, so your are toasted.

    The same with me.
    Several years ago, I was able to talk to chat guy but for recent a few years I never reached a live person in chat.
