Call them on the phone and ask for their compliance or accounts department? Speak to them on the phone, maybe they can give you an answer if you speak to them like in the old days...ON THE PHONE. You could go one step further...You could write them a letter in your own handwriting and mail it. It would require a stamp on an envelope.
Thanks for the answer but they already answered me through here, as they said they dont give additional info about why its their policy propably. P.S. I am from europe calling them is propably going to cost me a fortune here.
How they answer here is not indicative of how they will answer you through a phone call, or a snail-mail letter. Trust me on this.
I'm sick of and tired of hearing these broken English slams on AMP about inabilities to open accounts or failed ACH transfers. I've been with them like FOREVER and everything I need to do is handled immediately and professionally. I am sure that international accounts have their own brand of difficulties to deal with and wish that OP's would just try to rectify the situation before publicly airing their problems with them.
P.S. I think their Euro side is fairly new? AMP Euro may have some growing pains. Just stick with it and you will prolly get your answer.
Hi, english is not my language. I never said something bad about the AMP FUTURES. I only described my situation. I open this threat ONLY because i wasnt getting a complete answer. Only automated. Thats fine. Everything now is good.
