AMP Customer Service

    I use Sierra Chart. I have used them in the past and I am comfortable with their platform. I am a programmer and I like to code my own indicators and signals and Sierra allows me to do that.

    @brettpower Just researched your new pending account application - good news, you are on the final compliance approval queue. You will receive your approval notice when the USA back office opens at 7am CST.

    Will also follow up with the new accounts department to find out why there was this delay. The notes show activity on your new account application every day since finalized on the 15th...so, it was not just sitting there...but agreed, it should have been processed and communicated with you same day.

    I've just created a new AMP account today. Being UK based I expected to wait a little, but I was up and running within an hour, via the AMP Europe offering.

    Had a couple of queries with customer service, which were dealt with very quickly via the online chat and over email.

    So, a thumbs up from me.

  6. Wow...this reply is not what is expected by traders (well by me as I am not used to it). I like AMP and it took too long to get this traders account open but they are on it now...TY ET

  8. Thank you very much! I got the email confirmation early this morning. @AMP_Global I wish I would have had a better experience when I called in and on chat the last ten days, but your action and response on here was superb.
