For those of you that trade actively via TD Ameritrade's APEX platform or QUOTETRACKER, you should start to see much better quotes in the near future. I've been told that they have upgraded the hardware of their entire server farm, re-written code, and made numerous improvements in order to upgrade their Level-One and Level-Two quotes to much more robust levels. This has been an ongoing "upgrade" this past month, but I have been told via senior management that everything should be in place by end of January. Just an FYI.
