    Very true, however, if e-mail is his only method of contacting customer service, then FreeTrade is likely much better than the parent division. I've e-mailed them a number of times and typically have an answer within 30 minutes... much better than the 2 or 3 days from his experience... again, FWIW. As for the other issue(s), that may rule out FT for him.
