I believe the article did identify both views, and their prime advocates, without favoring one over the other.

 

Regardless of the time, the quote holds true, Boehner, McConnell, Wasserman schultz, harry reid, Nancy Pelosi and Obama are all complete and utter failures, and every one of them deserves to be living on the street, along with 99% of the rest of the house/congress.

the fact is republicans led by boehner have the ability to pass any spending cut they want to right now because all spending originates in congress. they cant to it so they want to paralize the system like spoiled children who dont get their way.
