America's Left in the Grip of Insanity

  1. I would like to know what specific plans GOP mayors have for running NYC or Chicago that magically solve crime and poor infrastructure and overcrowding and the problems that come with having millions of people in tight spaces. there is no difference between Dem or Gop in running a city, all cities have problems.

Well, the Los Angeles mayor as demoncrap goes back much farther (1961) if you count Richard Riordan as demon-lite. California republitards are just a little different. Might be something in the water. They seem to become eunuchs once elected. Arnold Schwarzenegger comes to mind...

    Agreed.

Watch Los Angeles. Giant shithole run by dems. Whatever they're smoking, do the opposite.

  4. Let's play the other side of the stats then.

Poorest State in U.S. is South Carolina - GOP Governor since 2003

Oklahoma come sin 2d - GOP Governor since 1995

Tennessee comes in 3rd - GOP governor since 2011

Richest State in U.S. and their Governors

Maryland - Alternating back and forth between GOP and Dem
    New Jersey - Democrat
massachussetts - Dem since 2007 but back and forth before then
Connecticut - mostly Dem since 2004

So what does that indicate? GOP cannot run a state but Dems can? Of course not.

You appear confused between how things are today, and what solutions are being raised to fix problems.

  7. NYC was turned around by a republican mayor, Rudy Gulliani. He did it by adopting a no tolerance policy for quality of life violations, like the ever-present squeegee thugs or subway turnstile jumpers. It turned out that these same people committed a disproportionate number of more serious crimes. He, and nominally republican mayor Bloomberg, instituted aggressive stop and frisk policies that allowed police to deal with violent thugs proactively, which made it dangerous for thugs to go out looking for victims while carrying a weapon.

The current administration, like other Soros-funded democrat mayors and DAs around the country, have made it a priority to immunize black thugs from the consequences of their actions. In some cities this has extended to a policy of not prosecuting theft or shoplifting as a felony, ie no risk of jail, unless the amount is very large, ie >$1000. Can you imagine trying to run a small retail business in one of those cities? If you want to see where all that leads, visit Baltimore and take a walk around town. Good luck.

  8. I have disagree with you a lot, so I think it is only fair to give you props for a rational post.

Let's be honest. The main reason for allowing illegals to get drivers licenses is so they can vote. States now have the idiotic "motor voter" registration system where you register to vote when you get your license, no questions asked.

  9. You are citing current Dem mayors and their tenure and shitty cities. I am citing some shitty States and their current GOP Governors and their tenures. If your logic holds true then no GOP should be Governor then.

  10. Still need to be a citizen to vote and a driver's license is just an ID verifying age and address. I doubt the license is a gateway to vote. Motor Voter is just the means to receive the application but they are still passed on to the Election Board for approval. You also need a Social Securty number even in Motor Voter registration.

This legislation is just a bone being thrown out to undocumented aliens to make it easier for them work, despite the fact they are not allowed to.
