Crime in America is basically a black and hispanic problem. Take blacks and hispanics out the equation and American crime rates compare quite favorably.
Another thing to think about: The prisonsystem is an excellent business for the government in 2 ways: 1. Housing, feeding and guarding 2.3 million people create lots of jobs. 2. To have 2.3 million people out of the jobmarket makes room for other emloyees. Let's say at least 1 million people could be released because of non-violent crimes and such. Then suddenly those 1 million people would be looking for jobs, and obviously the catering jobs for the prisonsystem should lose jobs too, because for half that many people you need less workers. So suddenly there are 1.2 million or so people looking for jobs. It is all a nice big social institution, just like having huge military orders for absolutely no good reason. It keeps people employed... Unemployment stats without that many jailed would be much higher...

This pecking order is not disputed in their original cultures, on the contrary it is celebrated. It is only through racism and cultural holocaust that the white man imprisons those who would claim their rightful status in the pecking order of society. Perhaps the only real solution to this is for the WASP's to respect these cultural ideals and indeed through fairness outlaw some basic WASP cultural ideals like using security systems to deny the disaffected from claiming property as their own. Once we embrace these cultural ideals we will see our prisons become less and less filled.

Western culture has "evolved" meaning that it is not "base" human behavior and therefore may have less validity in the application of cultural behavior. When conflicts arise the "evolved" attitudes, if they are in the majority, impose a cultural bias and oppress the adherents of "base" culture. We can see this in the treatment of the whites towards the indians. Did the fact that whites didn't like the Native Americans taking their chickens and having sex with their wives while they were away from the farm really justify packing them away on reservations? Same with the blacks, except the blacks are packed away in penitentiaries. ATTICA! ATTICA! Just because the white culture says it is bad to take other peoples stuff, shoot at people that piss them off, and deal drugs. Think about it. If all of those things were culturally acceptable then the prisons would no longer be neccessary. I mean, what is the difference between white people watching a couple of black guys beating each other in the ring and some bro' keeping his ho in line? What if it was culturally un-acceptable to listen to country music? Until you have been one of the oppressed and denied your rightful cultural heritage you will never understand!
