I don't think that these engineers at Berkeley have much time on their hands . . . Believe me, these guys study like there is a FINAL EXAM every day of the week! My guess is that someone is highly talented at creating websites and can build and tweak one in the time that it takes the average ET member to post a reply to a thread.
