I did have a business. I had an S-Corp in NYS for my P.I. business at the time, about 20 years ago. That is all the business experience I have. Not much IP there, it was just all legal papers, business papers. And the CCR. Dude.

I make a widget. I sell a widget to China. China encourages the theft of IP related to that widget design or manufacture or process. China steals IP for my widget. China makes a copy of my widget. China sells my widget domestically and to whomever they can get to buy it internationally. I lose a lot in that scenario.
