Are they going bankrupt? I like their T shirts. And they are not made in a sweat shop. I'm thinking of buying some just for suport.
The pundits think that bk is inevitible. I don't really know if they will or not, but I disagree with your assessment of their t-shirts. The thread count on most of their clothing, especially their t-shirts, is so low the things are threadbare before they've ever been worn. Compare one of their $15 t-shirts to a Hanes Beefy T and you'll see what I mean. There is a store two blocks from where I live and they have a sign in the window pleading for immigration reform implying that the workers in their LA factory may be illegal immigrants. In this environment of anti-immigration they are probably suffering a backlash for that stance right now.
