America needs to make more

    Economic power has historically been primarily characterized as, "making things and selling them to the world". (Who is doing that now? CHINA! How'd they get to such prominent economic power so quickly? WE HANDED IT TO THEM WHILE SLITTING OUR OWN THROATS!)

    America was all that after WWII... but we've relinquished our manufacturing to 3rd world countries to be able to buy cheap goods at Wal-Mart. That genie isn't going to be put back into the bottle, so America can never again be what it once was.

  3. Yea and now America is controlled by 1% who own 99% of everything, and are only interested in keeping it that way. Hell I would.

    The only thing this country is really good at is printing money and complex (to the layman) financial "services" shit that winds up serving the 1%.
     
  4. What about the 50% of the population who receives a monthly government check? Is that "serving the 1%"?
