    You haven't a clue.

Soon in relative terms to the size of Country - 10 - 20 years. Given the magnitude of the task required.

I don't think I can explain it in any more simple terms.

View must be nice from down there

If enough people stop paying their income tax, it might just force the issue either way

    1) Further ammendment of consitution or constitution is officially scrapped (it's not followed anyway)

    2) Government moves to a treasury system doesn't borrow from FED.

I don't think enough americans are willing to fight for their constituion so probably outcome 1 is the most likely.

  5. what i find kind of curious is the fact that all these comments, documentaries, books and opinions are surfacing NOW after so many years.

if this fraud [what the Fed is doing] was so real and easy to point out - howcome its all coming out now?

It doesnt take a genius to analyze the Fed's business model and come to the conclusion that they are taking all the middle class americans for a ride..

but why is all this controversy and talking starting on so many forums at this point in time? Surely the Fed is aware of all the negativity and people questioning their activity.

What I am trying to get at is: maybe there is some part to the equation which we still arent aware of.

The Fed might actually WANT these comments and thoughts to surface, in order to carry on whatever future plans they have up their sleeve.

  6. Because the media has been owned by these players in the past and until the internet could pretty much keep it under wraps

  7. Money as Debt

Reminded me of an old economics class, minus the quotes and perilous consequences.

  8. Sorry, I worked for too many companies that ended up shuttered here and opened there to believe that. I suppose you could find a company here or there for which that might be true, but for the majority, the companies were either bought out or went under from the impossibly priced competition, and either way the plants were shuttered, and production outsourced to asia or latin america.

  9. Do some research and then come back when you realize facts, rather than have an opinion.

  10. I ran a business that had a dozen of them go under or get bought out from 2001 to 2003. That was about 1/3 of the clients. There isn't anything any amount of technology is going to do for you when your competitor from China is selling completed units in boxes, delivered, for less than what you had to pay for parts alone. Your choices end up at shutter the plants and buy from China, or watch your business wither away one customer at a time.

Maybe you need to visit the real world. They are still dropping like flies. Watch what happens to Delphi in the next couple years as GM's products cycle. There are just fewer left to drop these days, and those left standing aren't worth doing business with because there are all ready to go under. Watch how many do as the economy slips into recession.

You owe an apology for the attitude, BTW.
