Remember, AMD was at $5 just a few years ago. Intel is crushing AMD's margins, purposely. Intel has a better balance sheet, and tons more cash to deploy on R&D. I agree that AMD is more consumer friendly, less hyped, and the only real challenger to Intel, but Intel has them by the short and curlies for now. I would not be surprised to see AMD revisit $12. Also, watch Intel building better relationships with large customers, like its new deal with Sun.
