  1. And why should they? They are under no legal obligation to do so.

If you had a ready and able buyer and could show 10 homes where you could make 3% of a split, would you show a listing where you might make 1% and have to put up with a no service discount broker on the other end? Of course you wouldn't.

Well, I don't know. Maybe YOU would.

  2. ok then go broke...competition is here baby...Do you see the attitude folks?

You should serve the client not your wallet...

You should not boycott the assosciates in your industry...

The money you save your client should be paramount!

I have a question for you.... if you show one of your listings to one of your clients, do you rebate the client if the sale is made...or do you double dip? I betcha he is counting his dollars everytime he tries to sway a client to his listing...ohh right your clients needs are first ...lol what a conflict of interest in your monoply from you so-called professionel RE agents...

Watch his answer folks...He is a truthteller :)

  3. I want to add it’s already bad enough with the new agents that don’t fill out the MLS data properly and tax records have some big mistakes. But giving the public access to MLS would completely ruin it purpose. On top of that how can you discipline someone who doesn’t know any better? I see everyday a ton of lies on the MLS and these can be changed by the complaint form or reporting the Realtor.

Just imaging opening up the NYSE to people who feel they should have the right to trade there and are completely untrained and not regulated. I bet most of you who already think that you get bad fills would beg for the regulation to come back!

  5. I will answer this one! When I did sales and I had a buyer that found there own properties. I would give them back everything but 1% or 1k for writing the contract. Depending on the difficulty. But if I needed to spend months with that person, no way I worked for that money! Not to mention all the people who you work with and they decide not to buy a home! Time and money lost! And this is a big trend happening with people searching online! They find the homes and call a Realtor who will discount the commission just to show and write a contract! It’s perfectly fair!
