  1. No one expects you to name positions at all and you were never asked to disclose positions. You were asked the name of the fund, that is all. P2 was not asked to name his fund. If you say you simply do not want to mention the fund to protect your privacy and potentially the privacy of your investors then I understand completely. Just correcting the statement that laws prevent you from simply naming the fund.

My law degree and work on SEC and hedge fund registration requirements is what I am basing it on. So perhaps the better answer is simply privacy and that you want the fund only known to the investors not to anyone else. That makes better sense.

  2. You are being far too kind.

You caught the village idiot in yet another lie.
The fact of the matter is that mentioning the name of a fund on ET is in no way advertising it, nor does it have anything to do with disclosing positions.

Remember, this is the guy that said that he is managing a 9 FIGURE FUND.
I guess Art Samberg, Stevie, Cohen, and George Soros are also lurking around ET with a dozen or so aliases just like 'Birdbrain . . . bashing gays and advocating terrorist attacks on a major metropolitan city in the U.S. - - - All very professional and highly reflective of a person that is a successful fund manager.
    LOL!

Meanwhile, he is too chickenshit to reveal his trading badge from what is essentially a defunct fuctures exchange ( the NYFE ) that had to merge with the NYBOT just to stay alive. As I have stated on many previous occasions, this loud mouth has ZERO credility.

I think that we can finally put him on permanent IGNORE now.
Not revealing what his trading badge was from a stock-index futures pit on the NYFE that has virtually gone extinct over the past 10 years is sooooooo lame!

    :D

  3. DHOHHI

    DHOHHI

And don't forget that he's also a legend with regression analysis and P&F charting. He's doesn't appear to be terrribly bright ... he makes up stuff, thinking it'll fly by posters. Then when someone challenges, or proves he's wrong, he tries to use his flawed arguments again. The stuff about laws preventing him from disclosing his fund and his name was about as funny as anything I can recall he's posted. (I would be violating many laws if I "advertised" my fund after the way i've been on ET, even simply by naming it.)

Gosh, maybe in addition to his MBA from a top 5 school he also has a law degree.

  4. alot you know about the law and funds. Let's follow the trail:

    1) I mention the name of the fund on ET
    2) An investor sees that I have given specific stock info on a message board which is in direct violation of the laws of a fund. ask praetorian2 to confirm.
    3) investor now has great ammunition to sue for violating the laws of my fund
    4) investors love to sue, if given any reason.

    yeah, that's funny to me!

  5. Yes. You said it better than me.

Now, to lithium capital and duhduh I can only say the obvious: since you 2 fellas are so sure i'm not telling the truth, you should be chomping at the bit to bet me. If $10K is not enough to make it worth your while, tell me an amount. Once Baron or an escrow fund/lawyer has the dough, I will reveal:

    1) my acronym on the NYFE.
    2) as a free bonus, my badge on the AMEX too.
    3) The 2 prestigious publications, and as a bonus the dates of the stories.

That's EVERY condition that has been asked. Either I produce ALL of these things, or I lose whatever the bet is. And lithium gets to decide the amount.

I ask anyone of sane mind to explain to lithium and duhduh that they should either 1) make the bet if they are so sure i'm fibbing or 2) admit that they are afraid to bet. I pledge that if accepted, ALL these items will be revealed.

ET, what more can I do?
