My questions to these tribesmen would be: 1. So how did the first guy discover this miracle ball-growing effect? 2. What was that guy doing with the cow to discover this and how often? 3. What else has that guy tried with the cows in the tribe? 4. Most importantly, how did he manage to convince everyone that this would be the norm? Other related questions: 1. How do the females in the tribe feel about this? 2. Do they consider giving oral sex to a female grotesque? 3. Do the same effects also present themselves from human females (if so, a lot of guys have even further bragging rights)?
