Strange thing about white guys. You never had to dumb down a test for white guys. Why is that?

I'm referring to the social side, the misunderstanding of which just cost your team an election.

 

Also conservatives value individual rights over collective rights, you cant have racist laws when looking at people as individuals, with rights over the group, you can only have racist laws when looking at groups of people with certain collective rights.

Look at it to this day its still liberals enacting racist laws like affirmative action.

 

The GOP intrinsically believe that race and gender are tied to competency. They vote it, they legislate it. The rest of the nation disagrees.

If they are saying they cannot find good female or minority candidates, it is because they are not looking. But the rest of nation is hip to this now, so, no worries.
