    Sad BUT True !

Since Bush and 911 the country has seriously gone to the dogs.

America has only one thing left going for it.

The ingenuity of the people !

Good luck America you have a huge whole to dig yourself out of and hiding your head in the sand isn't going to work for much longer.

    Step 1.

Get ride of BUSH and everything to do with his logic and administration.

    Step 2.

Make friends with the rest of the world again.

    Step 3.

Humble yourselves and tighten your belts for 5 good years of economic prudence until you recapture some sense of reality.

    Step 4.

Stop fucking each other over and unite as a whole country again.

    Step 5.

Stop fucking the rest of the world over and share the wealth.

The richer you make your friends the more business they will give you.

There you have it, 5 simple steps from a simple Canuck and friend north of the border.

    :p

  4. Step 6. Go fuck yourself and get over it. Jealousy between countries is funny. Who gives a fuck what the world thinks? Is the world still appreciative of WW I or WW II or all the charity throughout the years? How soon it is all forgotten. Go light a fucking incinerator. They'll be used again by some tyrant in sheep's clothing. And it won't be Bush.

Don't sweat though....we will all be globally fucked in the not to distant future. Leaders are men. Men are fallible. ALL MEN. Dumbass.

..."Banks won't collapse as a whole, but they may grossly underperform for a long time."...

    True, and here is why..

    1) Not all banks have massive level 3, commercial banks ( ie non investment banks) didnt play the sub prime game as much.
    2) Funds injections, takeovers. This will keep some of the investment banks going.
    3) Not all the level 3 assets end up going bad, they are the ones at most risk.
    4) Level 3 is not a provision of bad debts, but very close to it.
    5) Not all the provision for bad debts, actual ends up as bad debts written off.

Ok but this is what is scary
    1) The ratios of level3 at this stage of the mortgage resets. There is 2 very heavy years togo of resets.
    2) A recession, that may result in a massive increase of level 3 assets
    3) House prices falls ( either from the above 2).
    4) 9/11 happens again.
    5) Any financial shock, from asia, dollar crisis etc

There are plenty of banks that will survive if a shock happens, its just that the will be owned by different people.

It will be the best BUY for the next 100 years.

  9. Look at what the US spends on its military.
Cut military spending by 25%, cut aid to all foreign countries, and bam, all financial problems are solved. The US has plenty of room to solve all its $$ problems.
This end of the US stuff is internet crap. The only people worried are on this forum
