Normally we would expect that IB would post some kind of notification on this kind of outage. You don't send customer emails saying the statements are ready, then they are not there at all.
Forget about waiting till Monday, the link or whatever caused them to go missing has been fixed. They should be available now.
So have I and IB is the only broker that reminds me of Waterhouse in 1997. I have been with Datek on the way to IB and found it to be more reliable than IB and I still have an account with optionsXpress that is pretty good too.
