Hi - I want to become an Algorithmic Programmer. Can someone point out me in right direction. Currently I'm working as a Java programmer with a software development company developing STP solution for back office automation. With the java background I have I want to join somewhere as a Algorithmic Programmer. If some points out exactly 1. What will be nature of work for an Algorithmic Programmer? 2. Is there any source for training or book? I'm new to this group any help would be apperciated.
