    He just stole from the wrong people in a very stupid way. Since he was being paid around 400K, he must have been really good, and it should not have taken him and his new team at Teza more than 1 year, to reconstruct the code from his memory as long as he knew main building blocks.

    A lot of people do not realize that the rules are quite different for regular folks vs higher echelon.
