Is there a (preferably free) service that lists companies or directors with company name whose directors/entire board have been pushed out by someone acquiring a controlling block of shares (including for OTC stocks) - SEC data may be Ok but if there is some other source that would be of interest - am more interested in directors pused out than filings of new directors.
