Why give the guy a hard time for half way believing this story. I've been trading 20 years and half way believed it myself. Is it so hard to imagine a bill being proposed to do this? For crap sake, they just outlawed short selling by executive decree. I'd give it 5 to 1 odds that within 20 years the oil futures market is effectively shut down by some form of govt. regulation. (that's when you cash out into gold and move to a tropical island, btw)
