alarm for windows....

Is there a freeware alarm for windows out there that will beep every 5 minutes? I want to have my computer beep to remind me when each 5 min bar is completing.

There are several here. The first one which will "pester"
you at user selected intervals sounds like it will do the trick.

that would "pester" me at set times, like 10:30, for instance? And at more than one time a day.
