2. Maji, I hope you will feel all warm and fuzzy, explaining this "hug a terrorist" mindless liberalism to your children, while they are glowing in the dark from the terrorist nukes. Wake up.....we are at war.

    There are no rules.

  3. Un, no. Actually history is littered with people who wouldn't fight the barbarians with more barbaric measures. WWII and the Vietnam war are perfect examples.

    U.S. soldiers' bodies mutilated, booby-trapped

    Wednesday, June 21, 2006; Posted: 4:25 a.m. EDT (08:25 GMT)

BAGHDAD, Iraq (CNN) -- The bodies of two U.S. soldiers found in Iraq Monday night were mutilated and booby-trapped, military sources said Tuesday.

Pfc. Kristian Menchaca, 23, of Houston, Texas, and Pfc. Thomas L. Tucker, 25, of Madras, Oregon, went missing after a Friday attack on a traffic control checkpoint in Yusufiya, 12 miles (20 kilometers) south of Baghdad.

The sources said the two men had suffered severe trauma. (Watch how bodies were recovered -- 2:14)

The bodies also had been desecrated and a visual identification was impossible -- part of the reason DNA testing was being conducted to verify their identities, the sources said.

  6. Oh do you mean the high moral ground displayed by Powell when he demanded his son be made chairman of the FCC even though he had no experience what so ever. Hate to tell you Powell was a disaster as a General and a sleazy politician as well.

  7. specifically, the word terrorism doesn't mean anything any more.

specific people engage in specific acts for specific reasons. 'terror' is like describing everyone you meet as either 'good' or 'evil' as if all people had perfectly overlapping interests

watch out for that trap. we're all being funnelled into this form of binary perception

will there be future acts of 'terrorism'? almost certainly, yes. don't be lulled into a least common denominator as you interpret what's happening

  9. For once I agree with al qaeda. Muslims should leave the US. Better for all involved. Move to a nice muslim country like France.

  10. Very true.

To the moral relativists and moonbats, the lives of millions of Americans and the security of this country are secondary to the notion that the hatred aimed at us is all of our fault, and would go away if we pandered to the fanatics (who, of course, are not 'fanatics' to the moonbats, just 'freedom fighters.').

They would rather see this country go up in radioactive ash instead of dealing with the danger.

The irony, of course, is that the misunderstood, rational, peace-loving 'freedom fighters' they defend would love to separate their head from their body as much as they would a conservative. Americans are Americans to them, irregardless of your political affinity.

And American citizens are fair game. They crashed into the WTC, filled with CIVILIANS, for a reason, instead of going solely after military targets.
