John Kerry also did not release his grades untill after the 2004 race. It was then that the world found out that "dumb" Bush had higher grades. I think it is the same with Obama and the hiding of his grades. Democrats are always shown to be smart while Republicans are shown to be dumb. I really think Obama is a below average student and below average intelligence compared to other politicians. Obama does very little reading. It is unhealthy for him to declare that he will not read Palin's book. A book that will sell record numbers and be a #1 bestseller. Obama has a closed mind.
Here is the science. It is not possible to measure the core temperature of the earth directly. The best estimate is that it is 5700 Kelvin at the surface of the inner core. There is also an hypothesis that there is an uranium fission reactor core about 5 miles in diameter at the center of the earth and it is possible that the temperature there is higher than 5700 Kelvin. Therefore Al Gore could be right, there is no way of proving him wrong at this time. Whether the core temperature is in the thousands or millions is besides the point of promoting geothermal as an alternative form of energy.
