Based on your reply you must be delusional.

But there are various US market names that comes to mind such as: Lincoln Savings, WolrdCom, Enron – the dot.com fools who bought dot.com stocks at sky high P/E’s and no prospect of ever making a buck.

I could go on and on, the US market is littered with fools who thought they could make a quick buck on the US market.

Once again, what is great about the US market system is that the system comes with a plentiful number of “Suckers” who are ready to be parted from their money - And that happens time after time again.

By the way, the next group in the US to be taken for a ride it is already under way – they are the US pension funds.

    SouthAmerica: Reply to Jayford

Based on your postings you seem very desperate and fearful that “Al Gore” enters the 2008 presidential race.

    Do you know why?

It is because he is the democratic candidate with the best chance to be elected in 2008.

  6. Dot.com fools? Do you realize how many people actually made $$
from that era? Did you lose your shirt and this is why you have such
hatred and disgust for America? If so, then pity you.

One thing about America. If you want to buy stocks, you can. It is
a free country. How many have this chance to invest/speculate in Brazil?

All you want to do is argue. You need to get a life...

  7. Close SA. Al Gore is the Democrats ONLY chance to win 2008 and
he isn't even going to enter the race. I think you know this and
you are the one that is scared.

  8. BTW... SA, you should change your handle to Anti-America...

Because that is exactly how you come off to people.

Ninety nine percent of the readers here more than likely don't like you at all.

  9. Gore aint gonna win..probably aint gonna even run. Seriously, who frickin cares about the environment? Gore is a one issue candidate. He'd even be worse than Obama or Hillary and that'd be saying something!

... now McCain & Joe (GOP or Indep I don't care) or Bloomberg & Joe that would be heaven!

Libertad: The Caribbean countries...Brazil...and the US have an excellent opportunity before them by creating ethanol from sugar cane ....

…Thus the money that makes up as much as 30% of some of their GDPs leaves because of oil...This money could stay...The electrical production from cane baggase...and the energy independence could become a reality for some of them....and relatively quickly....

SouthAmerica: Brazil is already doing it. There are another 50 ethanol production facilities under construction in Brazil, and they have over 350 ethanol production facilities operating.

These over 400 ethanol production facilities will be creating a lot more electrical power than they need for the production of ethanol, and the extra electrical power is being sold to the Brazilian electrical power grid – and millions of Brazilians are getting their electrical power as an extra benefit from the process of ethanol production.

It is a win-win strategy for Brazil.

I don’t know which part of the Brazilian ethanol production process it is too hard for Americans to grasp.

If Americans had grasped how the Brazilian system works then they would not be using corn as the raw material on the production of ethanol in the United States.

Never mind that ethanol produced from corn also affects the food chain costs in turn helping to increase inflationary pressure in the USA.

Regarding Al Gore’s chances in the 2008 presidential election:

“Fact NOT Fiction: Private DNC polls show duly elected President Albert Gore, Jr. with a 3 to 1 lead over all of his alleged democratic party opponents and a 12 and 6 point lead over Giuliani and McCain, respectively.

Reference, Fact NOT Fiction: An L.A. Times poll, recently embargoed, shows McCain at 50% and Hillary at 36%.”

The Republicans on this forum knows that the Republican Party it does not have a candidate who can beat Al Gore in 2008.
