More than 90% of small traders lose day trading. On of the big reason is those small traders are spending tons of money looking for a holy grail system thru the 3rd party vendors. And, 3rd party vendors are not regulated by the gov which means they can do and say whatever they want in order for these gullible small traders to subscribe. Because the 3rd party vendors are not regulated, they can cheat, misrepresent, high pressure sales practice, or claim that this trading system profit $10K per month. Once they take those small traders money, they walk away legal careless if the small traders losing or have blown their accounts. It is so easy to cheat those small traders. Al Brook can say he makes a lot of money, but the fact is, he is in this for sales. He can cheat and lie and walk away.
None of which Al Brooks does--he does not promote a "system" at all, does not use high pressure sales in the least, makes no claims of his own or of clients potential profits, and as far as I have seen evidence, does not cheat or lie. I'm talking about PROOF, you know, logical, fact-based evidence. Are you saying he can, or he has? If you're saying he can, well, I say that you can commit murder, but it means squat if you haven't. If you're saying he has, please post your proof of it. I hope you don't trade your whims about the market the way you post your whims about people based on nothing other than your own baseless opinion.
Yes, you are correct. But a lot of trades that he says he will not take at the time end up being good trades anyway. He does miss some good trades. On some trades that he had planned on taking and doesn't take and they end being good trades he will admit to being "dumb" (his words) for not taking the trade. At least he is truthfull. How many vendors will admit that? Last Thursday I think it was he said he was going to short around 10:35am PST and add in more if price went up a bit more. In the summary he didn't even mention whether he did this trade or not. So I am not too sure if he really explains all the trades that he takes in his summary.
Okay, one more quick thing to say. Remember that Al is a very conserative trader. For those who are more aggressive, some of the trades he doesn't take can be good trades. Hopefully I am making sense. Time to go... good trading all!
What if none of the 99 traders are in for a trial basis? My nick was not in the list of 99 traders when I did my trial. And the first time I did a trial was almost 2 years ago. So yes, it does matter. I can't believe the negativity of people on this thread. I expect them to lose no matter what they do. LOL
I am reading Al Brooks's book, the method he uses is close to how I trade and I am impressed by this book. Would the chat room help me? I pretty much understand what he is saying already having trader for a while. Tx
If you understand what he's saying, and you already trade close to what he does, I doubt the chat room would help you much. But you could always do the 2 day trial and see how you like it. But if you're profitable and use a method that works, I doubt it would be helpful.
