Both trades would have worked if on my first trade my stop was 1 tic too tight and the 2nd if I would have held it to my target. A work in progress.

 

Here are the four trades I saw today based on my brief understanding of Al Brooks Bar by Bar. Input from any or all is appreciated.

 

This is how I saw it developing, I didn't trade it though

 

I went long on the previous bar to your short thinking it would retest the high of the 99.50 area. Obviously it didn't and only went to 99.36. Your short at the 99.02 was a nice set up with a 40 tic profit potential. Thanks for the input.

 

It is very important to know when to switch from H1 H2 to L1 and L2, i.e. when does the trend change .
