Well, according to the email, you sold V2 and V3 as ready to be traded and they both failed. In addition, you use a huge basket of trades and cherry pick the winners. In other words, the basket of trades is used to convolute the results and if I run the program you will "blame" the user for its failure instead of the program itself---this is per the email. examples are provided where you have supposedly done this to your clients in the email Furthermore, each chart is optimized per the email--- i really don't know if its true or not--- my only knowledge is the email which is scathing. Just post the entries and exits before the fact--- no need for excel spread sheets and ridiculous pretty chart environments that need to be "read". Let's make it even easier, just stick to one market--the ES for example--- you dont have to trade everyday-- just show consistentcy over time--- WHY CONVOLUTE THINGS WITH 40 MARKETS, some with tiny volume???? If you would concentrate more on fact than rumor you would be better off but that has never been the case with you. You prefer pissing contests and beating your chest over discovering what is true or not, first hand. Version 1 and 2 were not both openly sold and neither failed. They both had bugs which is why software is never released without betas. The first versions had components that were accidently omitted which rendered the software "not as consistent" as its potential. I wouldn't be offering you to test something that didn't work, only people you deal with would do something so stupid. You are completely incorrect when describing what my software does and I warn you that peddling rumors will get your ass in a sling faster than you can spit. The program is automated to alert you to trade set ups to be taken, not automated to execute those trades. That part of the program isn't finished yet. I repeat, your repeating of unsubstantiated rumors will stop now. Your cyberstalking and harassing has been bad enough but libeling my software on rumor with no first hand information is prosecutable. If you know an attorney, ask one. You have been publicly warned!
One can't libel software, any more than one can libel an orangutan or a dandelion. Libel applies to natural persons. But more importantly -- is the referenced email from someone you've had dealings with, or not? Simple question.
One can libel the developer of software which is exactly what your twin is doing. Stay out of this, troll. Rumor is rumor. If someone I know tells you a lie about me and you spread it in print, you are libel for not substantiating the facts.
This website has rules against what Surf is doing as well. Allowing it to continue isn't smart either.

This feud has gone on for years. Can't Surf and Prof just trade against each other in journals--with someone tallying the performance? Or maybe in demo account or small live accounts? No bickering, no commenting on each other's threads (or someone else's like this one). Just quietly trade against each other for the next 12 months and let the results speak for themselves. Why not?
