    Airbus Tariffs

The U.S. has added another $4 billion worth of EU goods to its proposed tariff list relating to the interminable Airbus-Boeing subsidies spat. New additions include cherries, whiskey and cast-iron pipes. As always, it's worth pointing out that this dispute is unusual for the Trump administration as it's playing out under WTO rules. Trump's America making new friends everywhere. This is why he is being dumb - he thinks he can take on the world alone but he'll learn that he will make enemies elsewhere and the enemies will form alliances. There is no way that will end well.

One of the dumbest things ever. He needs to realize that if an airliner can become more efficient with Airbus than Boeingg, then the consumer is going to flock to Airbus for the cheeper airfare, and the airline makes more money.

    Trump needs to go away.

They gave Boeing a win using the same argument against Bombardier in Canada. I really want to know how intermingled Boein execs are in this admin. They should focus on building a product that doesn't fall out of the sky instead of bribing their way into a monopoly.
