  1. Here's what I saw. The NQ got close to the 50% retrace on the last upmove on the Daily chart. Then a confirmed inverted H & S formed. I took the trade. Hopefully I can ride this.

  2. bad day so far. would be interested in what downtrend line you guys covered too quickly on. not sure if you're talking about the one that started at 10:41, ending at 11:12, or something premkt.
    two losses and a BE so far on the day.

  3. Here's an example of how price is reacting near fib levels today.

    The 68.2% FYI was the 23.6% retrace of the last low and high. Very reactive levels today I think...

  4. I am paper trading Z (FTSE100) and I am trying to arrive at optimum size of volume bar. Some help appreciated. Total volume today is about 130k. Can you decide size of bars based on daily total volume? Or is it just experimenting taking various sizes. Help appreciate. Thanks

    I find 200 works pretty well for the Dax. Don't know if that helps you.

  6. Lots of buying coming in on both nq and es...

    Also, for anyone following both ES and NQ... have you noticed today that the ES doesn't really lead the NQ? It goes back and forth and I can't seem to determine a relationship at all...

    saw two trades today
    1 HH HL.. at 9:30est
    2 LL LH.. at 10:20est
    both failed as trendline breaks..

    what do you all see here?

  8. Dax has about twice the volume of Z . I have tried 100 for Z but that is too fast in my opinion. I will try 200 and see how I go. Thanks

  10. I think a lot of good trades are failing today. You would have to be pretty quick to bank a profit on most of these...
