Influenza is not the same as COVID from what I have learned. The reason I learned this is that I have not suffered from influenza, or rhinovirus, or any of the sort, for over a decade at least. I got my flu vaccine shots each year around Thanksgiving. Including last year. Then I got the COVID In Feb this year. It was the worst illness I had since I contracted mono when I was a tot. It is real, it will fuck you in the ass, and it is no joke. So now I... 1.) Wear a mask when going out in public. 2. ) Use hand sanitizer when getting back into my vehicle (if applicable). 3. ) Wash my hands with warm soapy water when I get home. 3a.)
