Hello George, I don't trade outrights but I think corn is undervalued right now. I was studying some short seasonal spreads over the week-end and decided not to pull the trigger. The pollination phase is not finished and even with the most perfect crop and yields, we are facing a global stocks to use ratio of 14% this year, similar to 2010-11-12 when price finished between 5 and 7.5$...China is not so important in the corn picture. I wouldn't buy it outright though.
