I had it on my seasonal radar and read a piece of news from Marex about the need of a larger white premium for refiners to be profitable.

 

You need balls to do this when Egypt is considering excluding France from its suppliers...

 

I will ask but I am pretty sure that Egypt wont exclude France. 0 % Ergot seems to be impossible.
I think its bullshiting to get a lower price. Three panamax are also waiting near Dunkerque becauce Egypt didn't pay yet.. So maybe the ergot card is the only Egypt has ?
However, I agree that Egypt lacking money to pay its wheat is bearish..
