I am agree with it. Market is major thing in country and world. So I think today geniuses must think to get right decision to future.

There is no internet connection during power outages anyway so it's irrelevant whether exchange is going to be up or down.

 

Then they should develop alternative server locations somewhere far from the current location. All such important servers have very powerful backup generators. Being so centralized in 2012 isn't really acceptable.
