"After 14 Years, I’ve Had It. I’m Leaving Seattle"

  1. Always fascinating to see the hate to women from the lads. Their ex-wives must have really eviscerated them, a common tale I guess.

Stormy is telling the truth I have little doubt and the boys know this.

  2. I thought you voted for the guy who was hell-bent on the complete obliteration of the current system. Porridge not hot or cold enough for you?

  3. As BB would say "the thrill is gone."

Clearly we are talking serious outrage here. We are seeing a complete sentence from a Seattle lefty that does not blame the republicans or Trump. See what I am sayin? Serious. Bigly.

“I’m a lifelong Democrat. I’ve never been so fed up and disgusted and embarrassed for my city,” a man said, addressing the council. “Now Amazon starts packing up and leaving because of you guys. …"

Rule of thumb: always assume a leftist is telling the exact opposite of the truth, especially when projecting their faults.

  5. I was just watching the Gulliani interview where he gets upset at a tape of his own words about Clinton are played back to him. Is even the memo from the justice department what he describes? It is now crazy.

You don't even know what the truth is anymore. You are lost from following dicks like this.

On that note I was in Houston yesterday visiting some friends (these are people who you have known for a long time and like you / you like them) and I spent a couple of hundred at Dick's sporting at Deerbrook Mall on the way out. You can support the monsters with your (alleged) NRA membership and I'll support the good people.

People who actually care will have to save the US little by little from fellows such as yourself Poindexter.

  6. Slartibartfast Fact #2

Successful traders have learned to listen to the markets.
Successful markets have learned to listen to Slartibartfast.
Case in point: The last time the market argued with Slartibartfast was the 2008-2009 market meltdown. It took three QEs, TARP, and record Government spending to set things right again.

The last hurricane season in Houston was a doozy with all the flooding. Is there any evidence of a big flood still showing?

  7. I started trading in 2014 and have not completed that time machine.. yet... may need one to deal with the TSA.

I don't know what Houston looked like before, last time I was in Houston was 1999 and that was by train. There seemed to be some worse for wear areas from the air as we flew out towards Cancun. It is a huge concrete sprawl of a city though hard to identify a pretty part. It was dark when I was coming back from NASA though.

A packet of Cadbury's Crunchy bars plus a few 'lucky bags' of kids candies from a old style candy store in Galway lifted from a bag. A fat TSA agent gets fatter I expect. I'm really tempted to report that but considering what Trump is doing.. I'm not sure anyone cares about such standards and petty theft in the US now.

Looks like my Slartibartfast Facts list will have to include some of your adventures in Africa.

My impression from reading your posts was that you were a long time trader. How has trading been going for you? Did you find instant profitability?

Enron's headquarters is in Houston. Not sure how much of a tourist attraction it might be.

Standards involving integrity seem to have been in decline in the US for many years now. Presidential and media conduct is important as it can set an example for others to follow.

Hope to hear some highlights about your vacation in future posts.

  9. I started trading due to an extensive back injury in 2014 as something to do when I had ~7.5 months in traction. 23 hours a day in bed and in pain. I only sleep 4 usually anyway so I had even more time to enjoy my situation. Super-cramming the markets like this got me off to a flying start. That and the motivation of a sneeze potentially killing me and needing to provide for my young adult daughter's PhD costs etc. etc.

Immersing myself in the screen kept me sane and I got very the Matrix, blonde, brunette, red-head etc. with patterns. I learned some basic ones but intentionally avoided the books to see what I would see, rather than what I was expecting/trying to find. Intensity of study (the madness) is important for chart scalping as it is with music, golf etc.

Pissed with the TSA. Four large bags and four with inspection notes. The one with missing items (adding some fairly lights to the list) has an inspector number that is totally illegible. The other three have clear writing.

I contacted my US cousin who is smart and works with an airline. She suggested letting it go as she felt petty vengeance is a possibility from the TSA! Seriously, if this happened in any European country, New Zealand, OZ etc. I'd report on a point of principle with no fear of reprisals at all. It is hard to imagine they would put me on some naughty list for this but it is really not good I am being advised to act out of fear alone that one may exist?

Holiday was great, the Colombian girlfriend loved Ireland. It is prettier than I recall alright, you don't see when too close. I finally got to climb Slieve Liagh (back is better) which is a hellacious cliff in Donegal, 1,972 feet.

Thank goodness the paper trader from Colombia will save our country from the Constitution and citizens like me.
