    No, I see a dictatorship looking for ways to siphon off capital without being flagged by the IMF and other financial institutions that are keeping track of the country's economic activities.

    They should call it Ubangis, and the cent version of it Shari. Ah, I am overeducated in African colonial history...

    I like poor countries. The West can betatest anything they can come up with, be it a new vaccine, electric money, etc. Drop the thing on them and give them 6-12 months to see how it goes. I think Elon should move back and build a model city, with autonomous EVs, crypto currencies, hyperloops, neuro linked citizens. Oh and a Mars space station, because that drives the economy real good.
