I have read most of all the threads, and done alot of homework on the various prop firms.
Im looking for any advice on finding a prop firm or office in CT.
I have been managing $ for 12 years, and am in the process of selling my company. Im looking for a good firm to learn the daytrading ropes at. However , I do not want to put up any capital at first.

Any and all advice would be much appreciated.

    Thanks in advance

  2. Kinda of in the same situation myself. Looking for an office to work out of, basically. Been managing money sucessfully for some time, looking for a firm to work at or a office with other managers to bounce ideas off. Getting pretty boring working from home. Anyone know of a mutual fund or hedge fund that does this kinda thing?

  3. Daytrading hedge fund: SAC...the biggest one there is...and probabaly the most successful.

I find it amazing that there are so few trading firms here in CT.
You would think that there would be tons.
ETG in Wilton, can anyone come up with any other suggestions?
What does it take to start your own office?
Having built and run 3 independent brokerage offices, I would think that the requirements are similar?
    Advice anyone?
