Hi evryone! Although I just decided to sign up as a member today, I have been reading for a little while the posts in this forum. I am currently studying as a second year student at the Ecole Polytechnique (France). First of all, I'd like to know if you have ever heard of my school. And then, if you have, what are your opinions about the people from this school (mainly about the ones working in finance and banking companies). Finally, I'm wondering what kind of formation looks the most attractive/is the most looked for nowadays among the following: -Nicole El Karoui's master in stochastics, at Dauphine University, Paris, -quantitative economics and finance programme in partnership with HEC (ranked first european business school by times higher education magazine among others) -master in finance or applied mathematics in US universities (i.e. Stanford, Columbia and so on) thanks to my school partnerchips and if I get accepted. In my position, what formation would you choose (it regards my fourth and last year at school) ? Thank you for your answers. Augustin
