Did he tell he did it? I cannot find that anywhere.
He told it is possible.Just like many crypto fans tell that you can become millionaire with crypto's. Almost noone ever achieved that.

"in the notes it shows change in equity though it doesn’t explain where that change came from."

The purpose in posting the balance sheet of the investment side was to to show no clearing firm or technology assets on the money management side. That was the character of the conversation.

You want a PnL you'll need the focus reports or you can simply compare Y over Y assets. Do some homework and you can find dozens of scale firms earing over 5% uncompounded monthly. Just really talented and motivated shops.

The irony on this site any shop with great performance is immediately written off as a Ponzi, Insider Trading, Frontrunning Flow or some other bullshit allegation.

Look at two volatility traders who just left JPM to go to B of A. Smart, intuitive and part of a deal that will pay them a minimum of eight figures.

Research is a lot more than running to Google.

Learn to scalp 2 points a trade in the ES really well, with a high win rate. Make 4 trades a day. Average 3 winners and 1 loser. Size up to 20 ES contracts. Most days ES can render this to a good scalper and usually early in the session.

Looks like ES has found it's bottom for the day. Good place to try to scalp two points long from here.

That was the FOCUS report you linked to! It's all they publish for that entity, the FORM X-17A-5 Part III.

Without having P&L there's really no way to tell what their annual returns were. The change in members equity could be an indicator, but going off that I see that it changed from $245,530,895 in 2016 to $443,482,495 in 2021. That is a still respectable average annual return of 16%, which is on the top end of what seems reasonable over a longer period of time. It's a far cry from 57% and light years from 5% per month. Again if there are actual returns published somewhere I'd love to see them, otherwise it's not unreasonable to be skeptical that they have reliably seen 57% for a prolonged period of time.

Just to be clear I don't doubt that there exists a wholly owned LLC that runs their MM operation. That's pretty standard that you'd break your parts of a company like that into separate legal entities. My doubt is that that entity is consistently making 57% returns over a period of years. And I know we both agree that what they are is a sophisticated MM operation, in a completely different league than the OP and others here listing similarly unrealistic returns.

If there are dozens of these firms making 5% per month I'd love to see data on even a few. I can't prove a negative (You can't tell the person denying that Sasquatch exists that they need to "do some homework" to find it, or that they need to do more than just "run to Google"!)

If Spencer and Taso are capable of making 5% per month, month after month, and only getting paid low 8 figures by BofA (and I haven't seen anything to indicate that was guaranteed) then they're getting screwed! If they were managing that amount of money for their own fund, even at 1/15, they'd be doing a lot better than that, no?

By the way, that call worked. For 6 points actually. I should be a trade caller. *sniffs* No, no, I kid, I know nothing. If I did I'd be trading options.

You've got your 10,000 Plus Hours screen time in.
Post ten calls - bet you get 7 correct. Prove me wrong.

ES found it's bottom of the DAY at around 4199 at the time of my call. I thought scalping it long for two points would be a safe play. It went 6 points over target.

What's your beef? You should really shop at Wendy's, because they have the beef! And Arby's gots the meats!

Good call you made on the ES.
You have put in enough screen time that you may be better at scalping than you suspect.

What I was suggesting was for you to post up 9 more calls and what I think is that six or seven of them would be good calls.

Ahh, I see. I'm on vacation in two weeks, and am prepping my mind for that. My calls are not good, otherwise I would not be in my swing trades for 2 bloody months at a time on the longs. That messes me up. It is mentally weary. Thanks for the confidence though.
