You have 2 options IMHO,,,, Find a job you love,be happy, and devote your spare time to the study of the markets.... See if you can be an EOD trader for the time being, and if successful, then decide if its your passion and something you can earn a GOOD living from... The second option is to work/apprentice for a successful trader/money manager....
Do you have a written trading plan? Something you could present to a banker to convince them to lend you money?
Huge thank you to @MACD who took the time to call me and speak on the phone for several hours. One of the nicest things anyone has ever done for me and completely altruistic in nature. I cant say enough kind things about him and our conversation. He gave some great advice and shared some really interesting stories. Potentially life changing if I apply it correctly. thanks again.
If we are talking a trading plan,I fully agree..... Dont know why the OP didnt do thorough backtesting before putting down his hard earned cash... Orats for options,Portfolio 123 for Fundamentals and a program like Quantshare or Amibroker for technical trading
I appreciate the comments everyone. I have a pretty clear idea on where to go from here and it doesn't involve raising capital. Maybe ill start another thread after I've done something worth talking about. thanks ET.
I didn't want to say trading plan because most think a trading plan is where do I open a trade and how much profit should I take
I enjoyed the thread, thanks for posting. I'm in the "double your money a few times first" camp. Been trying this myself for years, still no luck. Bitcoin fixes this.
