I have been a lurker for years. Finally have decided to post. I am looking for advice from professioanal screen traders. What would be a proper set up for trading futures in the offices of a clearing firm? 1. System specs and brands ( Dell ,hp, etc.) 2. Platform 3. Chart Provider 4. Quote provider 5 Screen set up. (how many screens ideally) I am thinking of making the leap. What are the costs involved to set up? I suppose the clearing firm would have suggestions for everything and more but I would like to hear what E. T. ers have to say first. Appreciate advice to any or all of the questions or other considerations.
