Yes, morally and ethically questionable if not repulsive.

 

IMO hope is the strongest emotion we have, whether for good or bad. The hold-and-hope mindset runs rampant in this field. "but it worked last time" lol

 

Pitying some random lab mouse wasn’t on my wishlist for today.

 

I suppose it depends on the adversity.

 

Only when you are very close to death can you deeply appreciate the meaning of life
