Advanced Futures: What Gives?

  1. I sent in account papers to Advanced Futures 12 days ago. Last week I talked to rep there who said they had my papers and would call back shortly. No call back. Yesterday I called again and was told I'd hear back in an hour.[/] Still no returned call. Is this indicative of this firm's custumer service? I'm trying to have backup to IB for this very reason. Seems strange indeed.

    Doesn't sound too good. I really don't get some of these voices on the other side. They think we have all kinds of time to waste. had an issue today with a european broker. wanted to dump some shares. Started with QCOM but got email back "entry refused" When I enquired was told nonsense about no limits on naz stocks. Of course I blew a fuse. I hope I get somewhere tomorrow. American brokers are still the best.
