Ok we know that the government knew for a few months before it was released to the public that cows were tested postive for mad cows diesease. But they were prelimary tests, and the government decided to wait for more thorough tests before they annouced formally mad cow diesease was indeed in north america. So is this the same situation, some birds have tested postive, but they are waiting for comfirmation tests. How long to comfirmation tests take, it took 3 months for comfirmation for mad cow diesease, is this how long we have to wait.
