$ACI double bottom at @~$13.20 - bullish?

Would this be a double bottom...signaling a bullish move upward?

Im thinking about buying a few options...but dont want to make a mistake that I could avoid.

you can draw a descending trend line;
the highs are getting lower and lower and lower.

Those who shorted ACI recently should be very happy.

 

I think asking Van about their financials is a good idea, he's one of the top dogs in F/A.
