    "Hawaii Department of Health Director Chiyome Fukino’s press release of July 27, 2009 was a public statement. The UIPA (Hawaii open records law) at 92F-12(a)(15) states:

    §92F-12 Disclosure required. (a) Any other provision in this chapter to the contrary notwithstanding, each agency shall make available for public inspection and duplication during regular business hours:

    (15) Information collected and maintained for the purpose of making information available to the general public;

    Fukino’s July 27th press release stated:

    “I, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, Director of the Hawai‛i State Department of Health, have seen the original vital records maintained on file by the Hawai‘i State Department of Health verifying Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawai‘i and is a natural-born American citizen. I have nothing further to add to this statement or my original statement issued in October 2008 over eight months ago.”

    There were two very important pieces of information made available to the public in the above statement:

    - “…Obama was born in Hawaii…”

    - “…Obama…is a natural-born American citizen…”

    It cannot be disputed that this information was made available to the public. Therefore, under 92F-12(a)(15), all “Information collected and maintained for the purpose of making” the July 27th statement available to the public must be disclosed."

    We're soon to get to the bottom of it. Whatever Obama's hiding will soon be revealed.

  2. The constitution doesn't contain the definition of a natural born citizen is and a public health offical claims she knows what one is.

    Therefore there is no such thing as a natural-born citizen.

  4. Isn't there some question that he might have given up his US citizenship at one time for some scholarship money or admittance to a school? And if that's the case, he lost his status as "natural born" (if he ever legitimately had it, of course) ..???

    Doesn't matter, it's not in the constitution. None of us are natural born citizens.

  6. That's silly of course it is. They refer to it in the requirements to be president.

    Section 1 of Article Two of the United States Constitution sets forth the eligibility requirements for serving as President of the United States:

    “ No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.

    The election was almost a full year ago and reichtards are still whining about Obama's so-called "false" citizenship. It just doesn't get any more pathetic than this.

    After the much more heavily contested election of 2000, the favorite expression from the right was "Move on!" I know you crybabies almost never practice what you preach but, seriously, this is a new low even for you wankers.
