Patrick Industries coming out with good earnings today. Noteworthy IMHO. That makes me want to buy more of everything else. Polaris came out with not-so-good earnings tho and this is part of my camping mix.
RE: Jayco vs Airstream vs everyone else... you trying to pick winners. I do own WGO but think Patrick Industries and Camping World are the better industry plays. They are brand agnostic. Camping World has a big moat around it.
Fort Pierce hour away from me. Have family in and around the area there. Though plenty of other dealerships all over West Palm, Ft Lauderdale and Miami.
Which hits the ground first? A falling knife or a falling piano? Oops. They both hit at the same time. Know how people make money in stocks? When the herd thinks one thing, and folks that do their homework know better. Now... I can almost promise THO will go down on their next earnings report. Probably before that. You guys are all correct though. 17% of the float is short. And if there was ever a company that faced headwinds, Thor would be the poster child. Short it. It's a falling piano. But check back in 2 years, when the best on Wall Street an trumpet an 8% yoy return, and see if THO is not above $87. I stand behind what I said. It'll see $90 before $60.
As I type the S&P is down 2.08% from when I made the above post. THO is up 12.84% in the same time period. $86 now and it appears to still be climbing. So there ya go.
CWH is a big outlier today, mostly green, up about 4% as of this posting. Im telling ya, this industry already had its clobbering.
Entire industry is green right now amongst a market that is 2%+ down. If you are looking for zinni you will find it here!
